Confused on how to file a claim or what you deserve as a homeowner from your insurance company?
Ever wondered if your roof has enough damage to warrant an insurance claim?
Concerned that a recent storm may have left your home and assets vulnerable?
We can help!
When it comes to roofing repair and installation, there is one area of the process that no one really enjoys: insurance. Filing an insurance claim for a roof can easily become complicated and lead to prolonging the necessary repairs of one’s home. Fortunately, the team at Dynamic Roofing and Construction are here to help.
We Can Make the Insurance Process Easier
At Dynamic Roofing and Construction, our insurance adjuster works with clients throughout the insurance claim process to protect the client’s insurance investment. By meeting with the client’s insurance company field adjuster, our insurance adjuster can help get the best rate for the client. We will also help ensure that the insurance adjuster assesses all damages for which the client is entitled compensation and not just roof replacement. Far too often, clients can become confused during the process or end up spending more money than necessary. We will work with our client’s best interests in mind.
We can work with your insurance company to negotiate a better deal for you. When two different roofing companies give estimates, one at $8,000 and one at $12,000, and the insurance company covers $10,000, we can offer guidance. If the roofer charging $12,000 is not willing to negotiate with your insurance company, then you may have to pay additional money. With the $8,000 estimate, you will not be able to pocket the difference from your insurance company. Our insurance adjuster will not only negotiate with the insurance company but will also complete negotiations as soon as possible. If a company is giving a cheaper rate than others, it may be because the company is not as qualified and requires research.
We understand that not having a roof or having a damaged roof can make living conditions dangerous and uncomfortable. We also understand that you are on time restraints with work, school, and other appointment schedules. We will work with our insurance adjuster and team to provide efficient service. We promise to support clients every step of the way for a smooth process and transition to their new roof.
We do Not Cut Corners
After we conduct an initial assessment of your roof, we will provide an estimate for the damages, repairs, services or replacement costs. We will go over what the roof needs, which may end up needing a replacement instead of a repair. While we can repair damage, the roof may not be strong enough to last against the more stormy weather in the future. If repairing the leak in a roof will only allow other areas of the roof in equally bad condition to sustain more damage, then replacing the entire roof may be a better option.
We will not only work with your insurance company to provide you with a good deal for the cost, but we will also provide a high-quality roof in the process. Once we can agree on a rate and all of the details with the client, we will set up the work schedule. In some cases, we will upgrade the roof to the next level in terms of likeness, kind and quality for free. We will also work to upgrade a 30-year rated roof to a 40-year rated roof, giving clients a longer-lasting roof for their home.
Our quality of roof is important to us and a staple of our business practice. When we install a roof, we install an ice and winter shield standard at no extra cost to the homeowner. We do not cut corners and follow all standards required by housing code. We also do not require money up front. Instead, we will collect the first payment once the roof is complete and then collect the second payment when the insurance company releases it.
We also keep a full-time office staff to act as a consistent point of contact and information for the client. Throughout the entire process, we will be there to help you, answer any questions, address any concerns and provide the highest quality service possible.
